Our evening will begin with a social hour, followed by a plated dinner, interactive games, a dessert dash and will conclude with our live auction.
Dinner for the evening will include a choice of entrees served with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies.

Grilled Beef Medallions - tender beef medallions served with sauteed mushrooms in a flavorful au jus

There are several fun games you can take part in

Pick a Card - There will be 52 chances to purchase a playing card ($10 purchased the night of the Gala) The winning card drawn will receive a $100 Scrip Certificate (to be redeemed for any Gift Card that Scrip sells).

Heads or Tails Bead Game - Buy beads for more opportunities to play ($5 sold in advance or the night of the Gala). When the coin is tossed and heads or tails is announced you either stay standing because you picked correctly or remove a set of beads and stay in the game. The more beads, the more chances. The last player standing will win a gift package valued at $100.

Table Trivia - Each table should collectively respond to the trivia questions during dinner (without the help of Google 🙂). The table to answer the most questions correctly will receive a $50 bonus for their dessert dash.

Dessert Dash - We have many yummy desserts coming from area restaurants and bakeries. Each bidder will have the opportunity to donate an amount for their dessert. The table bids are combined and the highest collective bid will receive first rights to the dessert table. You will have a 15 second head start to your next closest competitor. Enjoy your dessert!

Silent Auction - Everyone (attending or not attending) can bid on items online. Bidding will begin midweek of the Gala and conclude the night of the event. The link you will receive can be shared with anyone who might want to bid, too! Silent Auction items include gift baskets, restaurant gift cards, activities, shows, experiences for individuals and/or kids, some outings for larger groups and much more. There is truly something for everyone!
